Ryan Laughon
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan is a founding member of Archway Technology Partners, Inc. and oversees the software operations of the company. Ryan drives strategy and execution for the Product Development function and is deeply involved in operational planning for the company.
Ryan has significant experience delivering technology-based solutions to clients within the financial services industry. He also has deep functional expertise in the applications developed and supported by Archway.
Prior to joining Archway, Ryan worked as a Project Manager in the Enterprise Applications practice at MarketSphere Consulting where he led implementations of packaged financial software as well as custom-developed software solutions. Prior to MarketSphere, Ryan was a Senior Consultant in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice where he implemented Tier 1 ERP solutions at clients across a diverse group of industries.
Ryan holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Political Science from University of Kansas. He and his wife have two daughters and reside in Indianapolis.
Brad Holifield
Director, Product Design
As the Director of Product Design, Brad has the responsibility for providing strategic and operational direction for the planning and designing of Archway’s software products. From prioritizing development efforts to shaping functional specifications and testing oversight, Brad works with both internal Archway team members and existing clientele to provide definition around these efforts.
Brad has experience working in the business and technology consulting field providing customized technology solutions and systems implementation. Brad has a balanced background in software development, business operations, and accounting and finance.
Prior experiences range from growing startup companies to providing custom analytics tools for a Fortune 100 company. Brad has broad experience leading software development initiatives from planning stages through implementation and support.
Brad has a degree from Purdue University and MBA from Butler University. Brad and his wife live in Indianapolis with three sons and a daughter.
