Clay Sandberg
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance & Operations
Clay is a founding member of Archway Technology Partners, Inc. and oversees the financial and administrative matters of the company. Clay drives the strategy and execution for the Finance and Operations functions and is deeply involved in strategic planning, as well as managing client and partner relationships.
Prior to joining Archway, Clay was a Senior Manager at MarketSphere Consulting where he focused on creating solutions to help companies leverage technology to optimize their financial function. He was a former member of KPMG’s Forensic and Litigation Services Practice where he provided expert analysis for the financial and accounting aspects of their legal affairs.
Prior to KPMG, Clay was a member of the Strategy, Finance, and Economics (SFE) and Finance Operations service areas for Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice.
Clay has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Indiana and resides in Indianapolis with his wife.
Mike Landis
Director, Finance & Operations
Mike is Director of Services for Archway Technology Partners and manages the Finance & Operations team that provides NAV services to various types of funds including, but not limited to, Hedge Funds, Family Office Funds, and Private Equity Funds.
Mike has a deep and balanced background working with various investment strategies through his 12 years of Administration experience. Prior to joining Archway, Mike served as CFO and Treasurer for several 40 Act Mutual Funds.
Additional previous experience includes VP of Fund Administration and Fund Accounting for a third party Administrator and experience with two of Pennsylvania’s largest Administrators for Mutual Funds and Collective Trusts/401k Funds.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Waynesburg College. Mike and his wife have twin sons and reside in Indianapolis.
