Paul Freeland
Executive Vice President, Professional Services

Paul is a founding member of Archway Technology Partners, Inc. and EVP of Professional Services. Paul’s primary responsibility is to oversee new implementations and the operations outsourcing practice. In addition, he is active in Sales efforts and speaks regularly at industry conferences.

Eric Vicars
Director, Professional Services

Eric is Director of Professional Services for Archway Technology Partners, Inc. and oversees client implementation projects through the entire project life cycle. Eric also serves as a key liaison between client representatives and Archway’s operational and development teams. Eric has implemented Archway’s software to a wide customer base including Family Offices, Fund Administrators, Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity ventures.

Eric has a deep and balanced background in consulting including system implementation, process improvement, benchmarking and information technology.

Prior to joining Archway, Eric was a Manager with a Fortune 15 healthcare company delivering operational cost savings and efficiency improvements to integrated health systems. He was awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’ for outstanding performance, project delivery, and customer satisfaction. He also managed and executed supply chain system and other strategic IT projects within Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice.

Eric is a graduate from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Business Process Management. Eric and his wife have a daughter and reside in Indianapolis.
